About Kiki Lovelace, your hostess-with-the-mostess
Kiki (she/they) is the founder of 2 companies (with a 3rd in the works!), the sole breadwinner in her family, mom to 2 humans and 2 fur babies, San Francisco Bay Area dream home owner, soon-to-be-published author, retired 1960's go-go dancer and an Embodied Leadership & Success Mentor to her high-achieving small business owner and entrepreneur clients.
She started playing with the magical art of Time Creation a decade ago when she was pregnant and in 100's of thousands of dollars in debt, working 70-80 hour weeks building her Pilates & yoga studio business.
After moving through a huge upgrade in leadership (and weeding out every single drama queen on her team), she created so much leverage in her half-a-million-dollar+ studio business that she was able to start a second business - her coaching business - which she scaled to multi-6 figures with an 80% profit margin in less than 2 years.
Now she runs both organizations in about 20 hours a week (the first three weeks of the month only) and takes one full month off per year to rest and play with her beloved husband and their two young kids.
