HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:
You’re caught in the trap of teaching or delivering so much that you never have enough time for marketing and sales (much less personal or family time)
You’re doing the job of 5-7 humans, and on the verge of burnout
You’re ready to make a new hire, but are hesitant to invest in the additional payroll expense
You want to make sure you do it right from the get-go and you have no idea how to bring on an employee, OR
You’ve made a few hiring mistakes in the past and you are DONE with the flakey, unprofessional, disloyal drama queens of your past
I started playing with the magical art of Time Creation over 12 years ago when I was pregnant and in hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt, working like a dog to build my Pilates & yoga studio business.
Now I work about 20 hours a week (the first three weeks of the month only) running my two small businesses and helping a family member with a third. I spend most of those hours helping my clients nail their offers, sales and marketing, and build an extraordinary team that cares as much as they do so they can 2-5x their income while working 4 days a week or less.
With their newfound spacious schedule, my clients enjoy more personal and family time, as well as time for their own self-care and passions beyond entrepreneurship (think travel, horsemanship, choreography, theatre, gardening, etc.)
And after a period of rest and recalibration, they often find themselves building their next thing, like a new online business, retreat or personal brand, or real estate company or a second or third location for their brick-and-mortar.
