Private 1:1 Mentorship - 3 Months

Welcome to Private Leadership & Success Mentoring with Kiki Lovelace, an intimate, high-touch, premium mini mentorship for business owners ready to scale your revenues and profitability and expand your leadership.

In only 3 months, I'll help you hit the ground running with your newest business development project. This short term mentorship is custom built for and with you and may include conversations to help you:

• assess your profitability and create a strategic plan for increasing your revenue (we usually do this in our very first week together)
• design your business model + team to support significant time off each month and year without even a blip in your sales trajectory (or prep it to sell which requires more or less the same process)
• obtain the financing you may require to expand and simultaneously navigate contract negotiations and vendor relationships as you prepare to open your next location
• design and execute an entire offer suite/pricing menu upgrade or marketing launch from start to finish with my expert guidance on everything from your inclusions, pricing, messaging, bonuses, content strategy and more
  
• improve your positioning. messaging and content via your email and social media marketing so you can attract more of your dreamiest dreamboat clients and increase sales and retention, or
• upgrade and document your sales process, and train your team to become ethical sales ninjas so you no longer have to have all the sales conversations in order to drive revenue forward.

And of course we'll do all of the above while weaving a thread of nervous system regulation and trust into what you're doing to grow your business so you can scale with precision, confidence and ease.

• 2x Monthly 1:1 Mentoring Calls, including one 60-minute intensive and five 30-minute Laser Coaching Calls, delivered at a twice a month rhythm for 3 months
