  1. WHAT TIME ARE THE LIVE COACHING CALLS? WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND LIVE? The live zoom calls for our Stellar Sales Team business owners and managers are the first 3 Mondays in July from 9-10:30am pacific. We will share the recording with our participants afterwards, but of course we highly recommend you rearrange your schedule to attend live if you are able. That way I can answer your specific questions about how to improve your sales process and get better results from your team. But if you can't attend live, you can submit your question inside our private VIP Client Community beforehand and I will answer it on the call; then you can view it afterwards on the recording.
  2. WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A FRONT DESK AND/OR FRONT DESK TEAM? Many of my (quite successful!) business owner clients don't have a physical front desk nor a front desk team; they just sell via text or email, or they have their practitioners sell to the client after their session. Although I highly recommend you invest in actual sales people at some point or another (because that investment will allow you to make more sales AND also extract yourself from the day-to-day so you can REST and still make money,) IT IS ABSOLUTELY FINE to apply what you'll learn in Stellar Sales Team to your non-sales team Sales Team, aka your teachers, practitioners or technicians.
